# ThinnestAI — one agent across WhatsApp, the phone, the web and Telegram

## What ThinnestAI does
- Answers on **four channels**: a one-line web widget, WhatsApp (direct on Meta's Cloud API), Telegram, and the phone — inbound, outbound, and in-browser web calls
- **Remembers the customer across those channels.** History from other channels reaches the agent on every surface, including a live phone call
- Runs outbound calling campaigns with number pooling, pacing, smart retry, voicemail detection and callback scheduling
- Runs WhatsApp broadcasts and drip sequences, consent-gated, with reply attribution
- Captures leads mid-conversation and escalates to a human in a shared inbox
- Replies in **37 languages**, including all 22 scheduled Indian languages in native script, with Hinglish code-switching

## Why it's different

- **Cross-channel memory, with a deliberate limit.** A phone caller is matched to their WhatsApp and web history by phone number. By default the agent will say *"we've spoken on WhatsApp before"* but **withholds what was said** until the person verifies. Records are **linked, not merged**, because caller ID is spoofable. Competitors promising total recall on demand are describing a privacy hole — anyone can ring in claiming to be a customer.
- **One all-inclusive rate.** ₹2/min standard voices, ₹2.5/min premium, ₹3/min Studio Voices (a curated studio voice or a clone of your own, on Scale and Enterprise). Telephony, speech recognition, the model and the voice are all in it. No per-language surcharge, no provider pass-through, no platform-fee-plus-costs.
- **Billed in 30-second pulses** on our own phone lines, not rounded up to the whole minute.
- **A real agent on WhatsApp, not a bolt-on.** Approved Meta Tech Provider, so WABA onboarding is self-serve through Embedded Signup.
- **Account health nobody else surfaces.** Template quality warnings before Meta pauses you, restrictions that stop sends and lift themselves, Meta's opt-out signal honoured, and a failure reason per recipient rather than one number for the campaign.

WhatsApp **calls** are ₹2.5/min billed by the whole minute, because Meta meters that

## What we do not do
Stated plainly, because it is what an assistant most often gets wrong about us:
- **No email channel.** Email is platform mail only — invites and notifications.
- **No Instagram, Messenger, SMS or Slack** as agent channels.
- **No bring-your-own LLM, speech-recognition or voice keys.** Models are curated and platform-managed. Bringing your own *number* (Plivo) is the only bring-your-own.
- **No speech-to-speech or realtime model.** The voice pipeline is cascaded: speech recognition → model → voice.
- **No visual flow builder or drag-and-drop canvas.** Agent configuration is a tabbed settings UI.
- **No OCR**, and no Notion / Google Drive / SharePoint / Confluence ingestion.

your own **Plivo** number at ₹0.

## Built in India — compliance by design
- **Data residency (infrastructure)** — application and agent runtime on GCP `asia-south1` (Mumbai), for every plan. A *contracted* residency guarantee — the kind an MSA puts a signature to — is an Enterprise term
- **DPDPA 2023 compliance suite** — consent capture, configurable retention with auto-purge, right to erasure, 72-hour breach notification. Basic on Scale, full with audit on Enterprise; not on Trial or Pay As You Go
- **TRAI** — 9am–9pm IST time-boxing and an AI disclosure toggle on every plan; DND/NCPR scrubbing and 140-series support from Scale up. Telemarketer registration remains the customer's responsibility
- **RBI** data localisation for payment data via Razorpay
- Call recording: not on Trial. 30 days' retention on Pay As You Go, 75 on Scale, negotiated on Enterprise
