What we do
Thinnest AI is one AI agent that answers a business's customers on its website, WhatsApp, Telegram and phone calls, and remembers each customer across all of them. It captures leads, runs outbound call campaigns, and hands the conversation to a person when it matters. We own the parts that make a call feel natural — turn-taking, interruption handling, noise cancellation, telephony and billing — and run a curated set of speech and language models behind them, so a team gets one product instead of a stack to assemble. Voice agents speak 50 languages — English with British and American accents, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Hindi and more — plus all 22 scheduled Indian languages for India, with Hinglish code-switching. Chat and WhatsApp replies cover 37 languages, each in its native script, and one knowledge base serves every language. Agents are configured in a tabbed settings console, with a knowledge base, tool calling into your systems, an MCP server, a REST API and signed webhooks.
Why
Why we built this
In late 2024 the gap was plain. Voice AI platforms were built English-first, and a business had to wire speech recognition, a language model, a voice and a phone line together itself, then reconcile a separate bill for each. Teams whose customers speak Hindi, Tamil or Arabic were an afterthought, and a voice agent rarely knew what the same customer had said on WhatsApp the day before.
Thinnest AI closes that gap: one agent across every channel, one memory of each customer, and one bill. We started in India, a hard multilingual market, and now serve businesses in the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE and India.

Our team works from India. Each workspace runs on one of two deployments, chosen at sign-up from your country: international workspaces (US, UK, UAE and the rest of the world) store their data in London, and India workspaces store theirs in Mumbai.
