Both. The no-code flow editor is the fastest path for product teams. For engineering teams we expose a REST API, Python and JS SDKs, and webhook-driven flows. You can build the same agent either way.
Can the chat agent also make phone calls?

Yes. ThinnestAI is unified — the same agent definition can power a chat widget AND a phone voice agent. When voice is needed, we route audio through LiveKit + Twilio or Vobiz BYOK phone numbers and hand audio to the same underlying LLM and tools.
