What counts as a voice minute? Wall-clock duration of the LiveKit room — billed from agent-joined to call-end, rounded up to the nearest second. Ringing time is not billed.
Do you charge for noise cancellation? No. Self-hosted DTLN, GTCRN, and Hush noise suppression are included in the platform fee at no additional charge.
Can I bring my own LLM keys? Yes. BYOK is supported for the major LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Provider costs bill to your account with the provider, not to us — we only charge the ₹2/min platform fee plus a small orchestration overhead. STT and TTS run on our own Vega + Aero stack.
Can I bring my own phone number? Yes. Native BYOK for Twilio and generic SIP. Your number, your provider account, your provider invoice — we add ₹0/mo for BYOK phone numbers.
Is GST included? All ₹ prices on this page are pre-GST. GST (18%) is added on the invoice for Indian customers. For international customers, GST does not apply.
