Talk to Your App: A Voice AI Agent That Fills the Form While Your Customer Speaks

Typing is the slow part

On a phone, a long address, a company name or an income figure means tiny keys, autocorrect and a keyboard covering half the form. Many people — especially those more comfortable in their own language than in English typing — would rather just say it.

Say it once, watch it go in

With the ThinnestAI in-app agent, your customer taps the call button and talks. The agent hears “402, Vega Residency, Bengaluru”, fills the address field, asks the one thing it is unsure about, and moves on to the next step. Because it sees the screen, it knows which fields are left and which show an error.

A call that does not hide the app

A full-screen call would cover the very form being filled. So during a call the agent shrinks to a small call bar at the bottom: its name, whether it is speaking or listening, a waveform, mute and hang-up — with a live caption of what it just said above it. The screen stays visible, and the customer can correct a field with a tap at any moment.

Built on the same voice stack as our phone agents

It is the same voice pipeline that runs ThinnestAI phone agents, in Indian languages, with the same knowledge, actions and memory as your chat and WhatsApp agents.

The same safeguards as chat

  • Secret fields — passwords, card numbers, CVV, OTP, Aadhaar, PAN — are never filled by the agent, by voice or by chat.
  • Anything that pays, submits or confirms waits for the customer to tap Allow.
  • The agent says what it filled, so the customer hears and sees every change.

On websites and in apps

Voice works in the website widget today. In mobile apps it comes with the Android, iOS, React Native and Flutter SDKs, which are in early access.
