Can I move my number from AiSensy to ThinnestAI?

Yes. A WhatsApp number can only be connected to one platform at a time, so you disconnect it there and connect it here through Meta’s Embedded Signup. We are an approved Meta Tech Provider, so that step is self-serve.
Does ThinnestAI do everything AiSensy does?

No. We do not ship a drag-and-drop flow builder, and a product catalog is not built yet. What we add is the phone — the same agent answers calls and shares one memory of each customer across channels.
