What does the per-minute rate actually include?

It's a flat, all-inclusive rate — ₹2/min on standard voices and ₹2.5/min on premium voices, not a base fee with provider costs added on top — and calls are metered in 30-second pulses, so a 40-second call bills as 60 seconds rather than two whole minutes. There is no separate provider bill to reconcile and no per-language surcharge.
Can I bring my own phone number?
